XHTML                         

XHTML (eXstensive Hyper Text Markup Language) is way better than html, due to the fact that it is the new web standard, and that eventually html will need to be converted to XHTML for browser compatibility. It is more strict, which mean that throughout it's 3 doctypes(Strict, Transition, and Frameset, you need different markup for each one to keep it W3C valid and clean. Overall, it is a generally cleaner markup language.

-just an idea of what XHTML is. My website is Valid XHTML 1.0 strict.
